Lunchpad is an online ordering system designed to focus on feeding all of us.
Lunchpad offers a plethora of options and hopefully covers every category of delivery
you could possibly want. New merchants are added everyday, which means your options for food
are growing with every new day of service.
I don't see the merchant I want to order from.
Suggest a merchant. We're constantly spreading the word to your local
community and if you suggest a restaurant to be added we'll do our best to make it happen.
You can always suggest us to the merchant the next time you frequent their establishment.
I wanted to talk to a live person there, can I call you?
No, we are busy sourcing new restaurants and ensuring that everything is running 100% smoothly for you. If
you have a complaint or a compliment you can drop us a line by filling out our short contact form.
We also encourage you to review any restaurant listed on the site after you've ordered from them.
Will I receive customer support like I'm used to?
No. Well not really. If you order something and you don't end up liking the meal you've ordered, you'll have what
marketing people call "buyers remorse," feed it to the dog. It's likely they won't have any complaints. After this, please
submit a review on that merchant to let us know your woes. On a more serious level, if you have any problems with your order
you'll have to contact the restaurant directly.
Why isn't my city/state listed in the drop down on the home page?
It's a large world out there and we're only so many. If you've come across this website from an area we haven't marketed to yet, we must
be doing something right and the word is getting out. Submit an inquiry and let us know you've seen Lunchpad and are looking forward to
having restaurants in your city show up in the directory.
ORDERING
How do I create a Lunchpad account?
Scroll up to the top of this page where it says "New Here?" Click "Create an Account". You will need to supply a valid email address,
a password and a few minor details about yourself to customize your new exclusive Lunchpad account. You'll also be able to add your locations and payment details to make subsequent visits to Lunchpad easier.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay for your orders using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal. We don't accept checks, money orders, uncut gemstones, or broken promises.
How long until I receive my order?
This depends on the restaurant you're ordering from. You'll notice that on each restaurant listing they're listing their average delivery
time. Further you'll notice they're listing the days and hours they are open. With each merchant the time varies so please pay attention
to the big signs we've put up all over the site.
Can I schedule an order for a later time?
Well, yes you can. Actually we allow you to schedule an order for anytime in the next 7 days that the restaurant is open. Remember, the delivery days and hours for each restaurant are posted on their listing.

Where are you guys located?
We live inside of the internet, it's a vastly large and very dark in here and we've been trying to find our way out for years. Really, we're located in Sin City, otherwise known as Las Vegas, NV. If you're looking for a way to contact us, please visit our contact us page.
